Positive: The property is very close to the ski slope. There is a shuttle bus that takes you there every 10 min. There is a full spa, great staff, and good food. They even gave us each 14 ski run passes when we arrived as a welcome present.

Negative: Coffee in the tea room.

Positive: I chose Das3917 for a ski vacation and was very satisfied. When you request a shuttle, it arrives within 2-3 minutes and takes you to the ski lift in no time. The decor and location are excellent. The food is delicious, and the staff is very friendly.

Positive: The service and the location are exceptional , thanks to our guest relations lady Akmaral arranged everything for us from ski equipments , shuttles to ski to room services …… the hotel includes ski passes and half board , variety of food and taste are great ! We will definitely come back for another ski vacation in DAS 3917 again !!

Positive: We loved the clean spacious room, the view and the friendly, helpful staff. We had bad weather and were not able to ski as much as we wanted to, but the hotel offers a lot indoors, so we felt looked after. Huge food selection!

Negative: The jacizzi in the spa area was not working.

Positive: We like the fast respond from the staff (Guest Relation) handling our complained, the breakfast and dinner menus were fantastic, and the facilities all are ok.

Negative: The location is misleading from what we saw on booking.com pictures, it doesn't direct to the ski room (need shuttle to go there).
